Coach Mo Mirza

Hey all! Most of you and your kids know me as Coach Mo, and I truly am a coach at heart. I worked as an Accountant in the past, and my wanting to live a more physically active lifestyle led me to a big career change when I became an NYPD Police Officer. I have always had a passion for sports and played on many basketball teams as a youth. I truly believe in the everlasting skills and discipline that being part of a team instills in you, so I founded Bee Sports LLC in February 2023 to share my passion with the world.

As a husband and a father of two, I believe that focusing energy on something you love, and being part of a larger team, helps children feel motivated and supported. Through active play and participation in endurance and skills training, I help children live a healthier, active lifestyle through sports training and games that promote physical development and team building, while focusing on using their own bodies for increased strength and motor skills.

To me, there is nothing better than bringing my training and commitment to your daycares. I am proud to say that I absolutely love what I do, and that will show in my everyday work with the kids! Thank you for your continued support of our program, and we hope you will Bee a part of the fun!

Jenna Mirza - COO

Hi everyone! I am married to Coach Mo, and a mother of two amazing children (11 & 9 years old). My previous experience in day-camp settings lit a fire in me to work everyday to support and motivate our young people to achieve their goals!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminology from SUNY New Paltz, and my Master's in Social Enterprise Administration with a Concentration in Youth, Children, & Family Services from Columbia University. I spent much of my career working with elementary to high school aged students, and in between my time in the schools, I have assisted with College Preparation, Peer Mediation, Training, and Compliance, and have an extensive background in youth development, program development, and the nonprofit sector. NYC public schools have been my home for the past 17 years, and I have spent the past 10 years as a New York State Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) for the NYCDOE as a School Assessment Team Social Worker.

For Bee Sports LLC, I have had the privilege of serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since we started this business in February 2023. I oversee the daily business operations and administration for the company and help to develop and implement policies and strategies for success. Many of you know me from responding to emails and assisting with registration, and I am always behind the scenes helping to create our website, collaborating with our partners, and serving all of our wonderful children and families!

Coach Tiff

Hello Everyone!

I’m Coach Tiff, one of the Assistant Coaches, and I’m excited to introduce myself. I have been happily married to my husband for 10 wonderful years, and we are proud parents to two energetic and lovable boys, aged 5 and 9. They keep us busy throughout the year with various sports, including Taekwondo, Basketball, Soccer, Bowling, and Swimming. Our family is rounded out by our adorable miniature Australian Shepherd named Valentina, who adds even more joy to our lives.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay University. My career path included serving as a Police Officer with Coach Mo in the NYPD, a role I held until my retirement in 2023. Throughout my time in law enforcement, I dedicated myself to Community Outreach, engaging with youth through sports and organizing events that fostered positive connections.

Since retiring, I have eagerly sought new ways to contribute to our community. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with your children, helping them develop various skills through Bee Sports. My focus will be on fostering Teamwork, Strength, Concentration, and, above all, the importance of having fun while learning.

I look forward to an incredible journey together as we cultivate not only athletic abilities but also a love for teamwork and sport! Thank you!
